it's for my girlfrien'ds suzuki xl-7

she has 2, 12's and wants a sub enclosure.. I can make one out of pressed composite wood and carpet it but I don't think she'll really be happy.. is there any way i can fancy it up without doing fiberglass or anything??

She's also one of these chicks whose into the neon lights..

Any ideas? like different materials to make it out of? Different fabrics to cover it with? designs where i could make the neons visible? anything?
