I'm almost sure I need to replace the IAC on my fiancee's car. it's acting just like mine was before I had mine replaced. This is something I'm going to have to install since we don't have the money to take it to a shop. I'm pretty handy, but I don't even know where this thing goes. Is it in the intake tube or where?

The IAC is attached to your throttle body.

If you have a Haynes manual look in section 4-11, this shows the procedure to remove, clean and or replace it.

Sweet, you rule.

4-11 ok, I didn't even think to look in that manual. What it covers is kinda patchy sometimes.

I really apreciate the help.

once again. You rock

Clean it first, I had an IAC error code, cleaned it and it's fine.
