I can get GP pricing on powdercoat, assembler wants
gold and I think it would be great! Anyone with valve
covers or brackets or upper intakes, etc. that wants
GOLD post here!
I have an industrial powdercoat place I work with and
they are very good. More people = lower prices,
It would be 150 for an upper intake or soemthing that size
with several, and with maybe 6 or more it would be $100
give or take, price based on size of parts and prep needed.
I'll need to contact them about final pricing.

They can coat anything metal. The powder is applied electrostatically
so it has to be metal and withstand heat of baking. Anybody else?

It doesn't have to be a magnetic metal?

RGR, so they need to remember one thing, aren't those center caps on their wheels plastic? So they will have to paint them or something, can't powder coat plastic? Right?

how much for 4 rims robert? also, will they do a clearcoat on them too so that theyre shiny and not just a dull white? What id do is most likely ditch my centercaps, have the entire thing done white, and get some chrome lugs.

1 color or coat I think I could get it done for $200 for 4 wheels,
but clear would be more. The white would not be dull, it is very shiny
and smooth. Clear would just be another layer of coating IMO.
I'll check and see what they recommend.

I still think it's the wrong place to have a GP listing. It's no where near
tech and not even engine related if you're talking about coating rims.
Put it in the 4sale section, nokia.
