Anyone know where I could pick up one cheap? I think their $35 at Ford.

And anyone know the best way to install one?

I heard the installation is quite involved including complete removal of the center console. Hmm... I'll try to find the link to the guide...

you can pop off the shifter boot and shifter knob, then remove the two screws that are up at the tp corners of the panel where it meets the ac control cover panel, then pull out the arm rest contents and remove the bolt in the middle (older years may have to opull that inner part out to get to bolts) then the whole thing comes out.... pop on the boot secure it and reverse the process.
