Wasn't it the ACLU that sent a Jewish lawyer to defend the KKK's right to free speech? Can we get the ACLU to defend Christmas' right to "discriminate against other religions"?

And by the way, where's the lawsuit against Congress for mandating the phrase "In God we trust" on US currency? Or against the gov't for the Declaration of Independence, which insists that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights?
