ignition question

will an MSD #6AL (part #6420) work on a distributored 3.8 ? is this an "even-fire" motor ? will the ignition dynamics change using a 4.2 crank? (motor is NOT a fuelie)

The MSD6AL will work on any distributor system, with even or odd fire.

The only thing that might get thrown off is the rev limiter if you ran it on a 3 cylinder engine or something like that. Stroking the motor will not throw off the MSD either.
