Flexible Cover?

What does that mean? I'm looking for a rear GT bumper, and theres this website where it says **FLEXIBLE COVER ONLY**.

its means they dont want no fiberglass, they want more of a stock material that comes from ford that is polyurethane

So in other words, it's the same thing we have? Im confused. Are our bumpers flexible covers?? I need this bumper, and it's cheap. I just dont want to get the wrong thing.

Ok, cool. So, Im going to buy this bumper then. So my tips dont turn down, I want chrome exhaust tips, and it would look funny on a V6 bumper. Thanks!!!!
