Where can I get a good set of underdrive pulleys? I heard that they are a good starting mod.

they are a good starting mod. a 25% ud crank pulley is the safest % unless you get an electric water pump/aftermarket alt. get a 96" belt, "gates" brand preferred, but they are expensive (~30$). a pulley puller from any auto chain store, and some ramps or jackstands are needed.

Its easy enough to reach down to the crank pulley to un-do it from the top.

If you get underdrive pulleys, do you have to change the belt to an aftermarket one or can you use the same stock one?

You have to get a diff. one, The stock belt is too long after you put the new pulley on.

96.0-96.8" belt is fine.

I used 96.0"m on my 95.

Its simple to do. I wrote a howto, you dont need to jack it up or anything. I removed the fan for more room. you dont have to, but i did, alot more room after getting that out. Esp if your using a impact gun.
