I bet ppl are getting tired of me asking opinions, but thats what I'm here for, so here it is.
I'm buying one of those running pony decals that goes on my rear window, and I'm split on the color. Tell me what yall think.
I like black, but I have a pretty dark tint, so I'm afraid it won't show up.
But white would throw my whole color scheme off, wouldn't it?

You're doing with your car what I'm looking at doing to mine. Go for the white man, it'll turn out really good. I have a question for you...do your rear covers ever try to rattle off or anything? Hit me up on aim if you wanna, name is brudge75

Damn Shahrum! Good thing you don't have the wing and pony back there at the same time.
Go with white....and a small one.

Nope, they fit on their just fine. Only some heavy duty velcro holds em on. But they're not coming off accidentally though. When I wash my car, I take them off, and it takes a little effort. Be careful though, I slid my finger across the top one time trying to pull it off, and slit my finger open.
The headlights are sorta the same way. Except the velcro goes under the hood on to of the light assembly. I stuck another piece on the side of mine cuz they weren't exactly molded to the car. Now it's all good.
I thought I'd have a problem with people stealing them, but nobody ever notices its only velcro...
Works for me.

Yeah, the pony and the wing are pretty crowded.
Thanks for everybody's opinion. I just got one off of ebay, and the color is black, but the person sells a lot of them, so I'll ask if I can get a white one sent instead.

Well should I go with the headlight covers? Trying to go ahead and set up everything I'm buying this summer. I'm thinking instead to get some smoked clear headlights...but i dunno.

I wondered about that...I have those super whites but I wasn't sure how well it would show through the covers...hm....now to find some clear corner smoked headlights for a decent price.

When we had gotten ours for the white v6, we had arranged to trade/swap headlights with someone... You may wanna try that instead...
I had Covers on my 98' and it got rather old having to take them off when it got dark, pop the hood/pull the light covers/close the hood/get back in the car....

Yeah, I do have to take them off at night if I'm driving anywhere. It's probably not exactly legal to leave them on, but if I'm just goin somewhere close, I usually do. You really can't see much though.
Yeah, the pop the hood, get the covers, close the hood, put the covers somewhere, get in the car thing does get old. But it's worth it to me when I drive by people and they continue to look at my car as it passes.
I bought some of those cheap sort of headlights (Xenon Quartz I think) from Wal-Mart, and it didn't really make a difference. Still couldn't see a damn thing.
If you do buy covers though, check around. I got mine off of ebay for a total of $55, incl shipping. Lots of places you get the headlight or taillight covers only for $50, then theres shipping.

Here is a pic in the path of my mighty xenon gas headlights with the covers on.
Keep in mind that this is directly in the path.

If you can find the Carbon fiber covers then the look good and you can still see to drive with them on, I had two sets for my Ranger, the first one got stolen, then I lost one of them in the wreck, after that I decided to just go with bare headlights, lol.

I lucked up on my smoked 03 headlights from a salvage guy in TN for 125 shipped, that is the cheapest price I have ever seen, I hear those cleared out smoked lights they sell on ebay are shit and don't hold up long at all. They call them Euro style or something. These are factory 03 headlights, not carbon fiber covers, I would not use covers on my GT, that was on my truck, and it looked fine to me on it, at least I could see where I was going, and I didn't have to take them off at night.
