Corbeau... as i have seen it is top of the line. maybe i'm wrong though. no possible v6s hook up? maybe trade some fuel parts for a driver's seat only? congrats, that's cool.

Well its hard to pick Recaro b/c of their prices. But I think Recaro is BETTER in quality and I would assume comfort, but TWICE the price of Corbeau...wonder how sponsorship works with Recaro...hmmm

if i had the money i would get theirs!
their cheapest seats are like 600
where for that money i could get a PAIR of corbeau seats.
But the people at Recaro sent a nicer email and seem more friendly. When i called Corbeau they said, "hold on I may have given your slot away already, let me check" b/c i hadn't called immediately after I got the email. It DOES say when you are ready to buy the seats to call, not to call for info

Okay. Well. I got the seats and there are no brackets. I was kind of expecting that.. So bump the price up another $170. So you get the brackets..And you lose power seating (if applicable)... The brackets are really quite cheap. The lever does not move with the seat. Which means if your seat is all the way forward you can barely reach it. And if it is all the way back your legs can hit it.
Finally... The passenger seat did NOT fit. The seat belt receiver bracket hits the transmission hump. I pounded both of the brackets with a sledgehammer for about 20 minutes a piece to get them to fit good. If I didn't do that, everywhere I went I would hear "squeak squeak squeak" as the passenger seat rubbed up against the vinyl of the door. I had to bolt the back of the seat in first, and tilt/push/lean on the front of the seat to even get it over far enough and aligned with the floor to not hit the door. It was a lot of work. But... They are MUCH nicer than stock. They are just kind of... D.I.Y. Which is pretty ridiculous for the price.

i was just saying it because they look like cheap pieces of shit :-P no offense or anything.. but they look so fake. and the flamboyant red/pink color they have is disturbing.
