Hey guys I just have a few questions. I was wondering if it was at all possible to keep the single exhaust on My V6 and still get a different muffler. And if it's possible what's a good muffler for this type of setup and would a muffler shop be able to perform this for me?
You can run a single muffler if you want. The only thing they change was the actual mufflers location. You could have a new muffler put in place and just add a tip at the end. Flowmaster is a good choice. I would suggest going onto youtube and searching exhaust sounds on there and select the one you like the most. It'll always be personal preference.

Sure you can just change out the muffler. there tons of choices to choose from. Magnaflow, Borla, CherryBomb, Flowmaster just to name a few. Even differnt style of mufflers Turbo, 2-Chambered, 3-Chambered, Glasspack. It all really depends on what kind of sound you want.
