i would definitly upograde to a 5 lug to hide that it used to be a v6 car, and while i was at it, i would go disck brake front to stop the extra weight...the 8" rear will hold out fine for a while, i have a friend with a 65 and a build 302 that has the stock 8" and its still tickin but if you have the budget, go 9", im sure you are going to need a transmission upgrade, and i think thats pretty much everything, those cars are really easy to convert, technically you could just leave all the factory front suspension and 4 lug but itll keep the value of the car down.
