I have a 2000 Mustang V6 Auto. It was snowing last sat. when I spun off the road because of black ice. My car still drives fine and has no noticable problems/scratches. However, now my Overdrive light on my dashboard starts to blink for 15 sec, every once in a while. My overdrive does work though, anyone have any idea why it is doing this?
It may be possible that when you spun off the road that a elec. connection was unplugged?I would probably have the computer read to see if theres any codes, or ask someone from ford. Maybe someone else on here can help out more :-? And welcome to the site
no its a drivtrain problem.
My father had this issue in his mazda, let me ask him how it was resolved. I know it wasnt something electrical. The tranny had to be dropped and repaired for something.
