well hope it has low mileage, let me know the vin and maybe I can get donna to run an oasis(kinda like a carfax, but more in detail ) on it for ya, dont know if she can on used ones or not...

id say offer him like 4300 like said before... then go a tad bit higher if he refuses...that dont seem like a bad price ive seen 99's run for 6500 but thats 50 more hp

I like 94-98s and 99+, but for the difference in HP if the price is close I would go for 99+ every time. Notice I did, and also GT. I also bought a 99 when I could have gotten a new 02 because I wanted a Convertable and didn't want to pay 30K for it.
