nitrous and rev limiter

right now i have my window switch set at 5200 rpm and i believe that on the 99+ the limiter is set at 5450 and i was wondering if it is wise to put in a 5400 pill into the window switch or is that close to flirting with disaster.

never do anything with nitrous that will flirt with disaster like that. a chip would be a good investment and you can spray on up to 5.600rpm+.

no, keep the nitrous away from the rev limiter. you hit redline, the fuel pump shuts off and youre spraying. (nitrous would be in the lines before the fuel pump stops pumping and injectors stop spraying). that is ultra lean and bad
