Cracked Trim Piece

I caused a small crack in the trim piece above the driver's side door, and may want to replace it. Any ideas on where I can get a cheap replacement, and how difficult is the removal / replacement process?

Dang, how did ya do that?????? :-? :-? I would say go to Ford, and or a junk yard and hope for the best. :|

Long story short - I had temporarily run the wire for my XM antenna under it. When removing it today for relocation of the antenna, I pulled too hard on the trim and it cracked.

It's not a big crack, and I may choose to ignore it for as long as I can... I was thinking that maybe someone here had a lead on where to get one cheap. Ford's not going to be cheap, although my father-in-law works for Ford in the frozen tundra, so maybe...
