an original yes. a clone no. from what it sounds its a clone built to the original specs and a little better(nos). if its eleanor you want for around 10g's just get a 67 fastback body, get the eleanor body kit(they sell it up in sacramento somewhere), paint it pepper silver with the black stripes, and drop a nice 351C and call it a day. nobody on the street really know the specs other thatn what they seen on the movie, so theyd think you were god. only you and a few fanatics would know its a fake.

Ahh...the most popular kit car ever seen. The original Eleanor was a 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with a 351W and the ram air hood. Seen in the origianl Gone In 60 Seconds, the grabber yellow Mach 1 tore up the streets in one of the largest and most destructive car chases ever seen.

A few things I see wrong on this kit car is the guages. A AutoMeter Sport Comp tach should sit on top of the steering column and the factory guages should remain.

The nitrous bottle should be in the trunk and should be a bigger bottle. The seats are not correct, they should be low back seats from the year.

But at the price, you could have bought the Shelby "I-signed-off-on-them-so-they-must-be-the-real-thing" Car from www.sandersonsales.com with a 351 stroked to 428 for $120,000. But, it seems that they have stopped producing them now.

Well, the suspension makes the car rides on rails. The engine is a bg block. Honestly, a car alone with all those mods should go for more.
