94-95 and 96+ v6 rods, and 351w/351w truck rods

is it true the 94-95 rods are better than the 96+? if so, how much stronger? any more info is appreciated.

are there different 351w rods, i heard the truck rods were a little sturdier. also, what are 351w I beams good for? 500-600rwhp? what has to be done to use them, and piston specs are needed that differ from norm.
