I don't know of any specific places in your area Steve, but if you haven't already, try IGO or Idependent Garage Owners, Dealers will ream you unless they are doing warranty work, sometimes even when they are doing warranty work. I was supposed to have a 100,000 mi. dealer warranty on my 99, my rear end cover developed a leak, they quoted me 144 dollars to fix it. I fixed it myself, with a new chrome cover for under $50. I have not been going back for their mandatory oil changes since, I now do my own oil changes with my own choice of SYNTHETIC oil. They insisted they do them with Ford standard oil that they picked. They also were charging me like $45.00 for each oil change, some warranty, hahaha.
