h pipe on a 3.8

will a BBK H pipe and Flowmaster American Thunder Catback for a 94-95GT fit on a 95 3.8 if i remove the y pipe or will it need diff headers like shorter or longer

the Y pipe will need to be unbolted from the headers, but that H pipe and exhaust kit will bolt right in there as long as the Y pipes gone

Mac makes offroad and cat H pipes to fit the V6 cars, as far as anyone else's or their V8 H pipes fitting a V6, I heard that they would, but I have my doubts. If they would, what would be the reason for Mac to make special ones for the V6, and or why doesn't anyone else advertize their's fitting a v6?
