if the gaskets are bad, then put new ones on. other than that, just swap them out and bolt everything back up. double then triple check you have vacuum hoses on, cause most of the time, you forget one

Yes like Brandon said check the vac hookups. You have a 95 if he has a 97-98 intake there will be more vacume line hookups you will need to cap. Other than that it is remove and replace. I went the other way My stage 3 is a 94-95 and had less hookups than my 98 had.

IMO you need at least a 1/2 shafted TB or a bigger TB to
take advantage of a ported intake. 1/2 shafted and ported,
a stocker will flow LOTS more than stock, so it is worth it.

Better off to change tbodies before tuning if you are going to do a tune, changing after will only mess up your tune.

the car would adapt enough for a small change like porting out a TB.
I have enough problems and the tune is necessary.

I agree with rick in most situations, but if $$ are low, then it would be OK.

you might wanna check out my new Poly-Hone process...
I can finish off your intakes in grand style
Honed as a single unit 8) Since they are already
ported, it would be cheaper!

yeah you should be allright, but i would check the gasket! if you need a vac cap, i think i have some lying around here that i could send you one, also i think i'll have my TB that was half-shafted and ported by RGR up for sale soon as i'm going with a 60mm GT TB!
i think if you had it polyhoned it would be awesome as well! i'm thinking of getting my stage 3 intakes done!
