Do i need a pulley puller??

I plan on installing my underdrive pulley today. and i was just wondering if I need a puller to get the pulley and harmonic balancer off? Its a 2001 with an auto.

Yes, you do, no other way to get it off.

Roush hood scoop and side window louvers installed. SS taillight trim has been installed, new alum. GT steering wheel installed.

They don't cost that much, I forget, I just picked up a cheapo from Auto zone, like under 10 bucks I think. Tell them what you want it for, they will show you which one you need.

Not a problem, its not something you will really use a lot, but if you buy one, use it and put it away and you do need one again, it will be there.

you can get them off without it, it's just hard. you shouldn't have to rent it, just leave your ID (sometimes they don't care, if they know you) and return it soon.

just buy one. Its not that expensive plus you get to keep a tool that if you ever want to really do car shit later on when ur older, bam there you go.
Pullers are really helpfull in alot of areas. Id just spend the money.
