running skinnies and no sway bars

is not that big of a deal. you can't exactly carve corners but it isn't dangerous and dare i say it's more comfortable to cruise with. my 17's followed the road like a mo fo, and these just kinda chill.

my fronts are 165r's and the back are 255/50's, on 15x3.5's and 15x8's, respectively

Even still, you'll probably want sway bars. Why did u get rid of them?
