i have a '97 v6 and i want to doublecheck to see if this will fit on my stang as long as i cut the y-pipe???

It'll fit. Not sure on the sound and exhaust issues like back pressure. Not really up on exhaust systems lately.

That seems a little expensive for no-name mufflers and pipes.
I just bought 2.5" pipe.. Dynomax tailpipes cost me $67 each ($134 altogether)... So if you buy that kit you'd be buying no-name mufflers for $215.
And then you will still be paying $200+ in labor to cut the Y and install it.

force II is flowmaster, plus i can tell its flowmaster from the pic. thats a good price for flowmaster, i'v been looking at those too.

It will fit just fine.. Just take it to the shop and weld it up.

and If you pay 200 bucks to cut the y-pipe and install, you're getting ripped. Accept no more than 150, closer to 100, though
