I have a new process, POLY-HONE, about to take off
in a major way and it mimics Extrude Hone. It
includes several complimentary secret processes that
can be combined in numerous ways to increase airflow
and velocity.
SPI or CPI single port) Upper and Lower introductory
special is going to be $400, 200 each, Extrude Hone
charges $400 for the V6 uppers alone! Port matching
and/or hand porting available for additional cost.
My prices will always be well under Extrude Hone.
I can Poly-Hone heads too, and I am adding a new process
that no one has anything like, Dynamic Flow Processing
that simulates engine operating conditions by pulsing
the inlet runners in the same sequence as a running
engine! Nothing like it anywhere! Hand porting of heads
required before Poly-Hone processes are applied. But
package prices are available, a P-H reduces hand labor.

Well, I can probably get any reasonable #'s obtainable
with a given valve size. The dependant variable is
"time of honing" so wildly high #'s would take longer
and therefore cost more, and require more prep
before the processes were applied. But for R&D
projects like yours, I can clearly offer discounts.
All you would have to so is this:
1. Obtain core(s) of parts to hone. This setup would easily benefit from
doing the entire induction system
2. Send cores for measurements, then I calculate the needed
port sizes and get some prep done (rough cutting the bowls, etc)
3. Poly-Hone it to finished specs.
4. Valve job.
5. After you get the new pieces, send me your origianl parts.
(this is where much of the R&D price savings comes from)
I do not have to offer this for Mustang stuff, I am doing most
of the R&D myself, and I don't need customer participation.
So save yer breath

honestly at $400 not including porting, your gunna attract all the people willing/hardcore enough to mod the hell out of their v6(myself included).
Its not like your opening up to a whole new market.

It's a good price when Extrude Hone wants $400 for a upper
only and charges $80 or more for a "gasket match" and with me
you get my "Blueprint Porting Specs" for the hand porting. I also
am working on "Dynamic Flow Conditioning" of the P-H processes
that simulates engine operating conditions while honing It hones
the intakes and heads at the same time as well.

Yes, and it works for NA too, maintains good velocity...
Dyno gains are not yet recorded, I hope to get some
dyno #'s ASAP after I get some P-H products out there.
