where to start on restoring a mustang.

I am new to restoring, i have a 69 grande and i dont know where to start.
should i paint first and then the interior.

i personally likr to do the interior first to see floor pan damage, and it gives you a chance to see what needs to be painted on the inside.

#1 place - research into what you need to look for and where to work from/to, dont start until a good bit of research. Im not an expert but I know it gets deep fast when it comes to restoring cars lol

yeah, if you are not ready to spend money, then dont start on it.

depends on how deep you want to go to restore it and the vehicles current condition.

IMO i would strip everything. send the body to get dipped or blasted, and repaint. while thats happening, rebuild the motor and start buying new parts. get the body back and go to town. I would Resto-Mod but thats just me.
