My suggestions:
1) Paint the floor with concrete paint(Makes it VERY easy to clean up)
2) Refridgerator
3) Insulate
4) Lift or pit
5) Pull around tool carts

woah, nice garage, myns not as big as urs, its a normal 2 car garage on the side of my house.
I have a craftsman work bench, and craftsman tool boxes. ect..
I got a fridge, (i wanna paint the floor) iam going to insulate it and add a heater this summer. not enough room for a lift, although i wish i could do that.
and pull around carts are a must, i need one of those.

Since you work at sears you could probably pick up a cart pretty cheap. I have 2, one with a two shelf layout, then I have the companion blue cart from sears. It has a opening top to storage, 2 drawers and bottom shelf. It was $100 and came full of tools. I just put all the tools that came with it in a little toolbox that I leave in the house for repairs inhome and put all my good tools in that cart for the garage.

Yea, i buy all my shiat from them. I get it all dirt cheap.
I wait for sales. Then i use my craftsman club card, 10%, my discount card, 10%
then i get my boss to give me the shop discount 25%
muhahaha...
Basically what iam doing for my garage is this:
Framing the walls. Wiring in lots of electircal outlets. Wiring in, 1 outlet on my work bench for Cable, Cat5, and Telephone.
Then ill insulate it.
Then, pop up drywall.
Then the roof, which will be the tough part, but my dad and I can do it.
Then ill mount and wire a heater from the roof.
Then buy a Airconditioner and put it in the window.
Then buy my dad a little shed and stick his riding lawnmower, snowblower and All that junk he has in my garage.
Buy more tool boxes, paint walls, install shevles, I dont know where ill put my air compressor, iam thinking about buying a doghouse. (lol i know) and drilling a couple of holes in it, stick it right next to the garage wall. Wire it in correcly. Then make my own air hose lines around the garage.
So the air compressor doesnt take up room in the garage. But it will still have shelter..hahah...
Then build my own cabinets for over my work area.
Its going to be cool.

Wow Junior, all I have is an 18X 38 metal car port, lol, no walls and a small shed for my tools and stuff, hope to get concrete and close it in someday.

Yup, Junior has it made. I closed in a carport similar but smaller than the one I have now a few years ago on my Dad's junk yard property, didn't know we would be selling it off at the time, it wasn't a lot, but it was better than nothing, I plan to put a concrete floor in this one and close it in sometime, I should get busy on that project, would be nice. Its nice to be able to work on your car inside out of the weather, and park it inside too! The way it is now blowing rain and snow get on it anyway.

JR: you and ur dad should really finish that garage up, insulate it, lay in some dry wall and it would be really nice. Put in cabinets, make it a nice shop.
