Of the 4 you listed I would have to say the 69 Boss 429 Hemi. I think that is what you were referring to.
I personally always liked the 70 Mach Is though I never had the pleasure of owning one, I did own a 69 Mach I for a while, was supposed to be a 428 Cobra Jet, but the engine had been changed to a 352 2bbl. I sold it when I found that out.

I see now...64-66 Convertables the GTs with the hipo 289 would be nicest I think. I persoanlly owned a 64 1/2 225hp 289 vert. 67-68? I almost bought a 67 vert with a 390 4 speed, power disk brakes, it was used but like new, someone totalled it test driving it before I could get my dad down to check her out. Sad day for me. 69-70, any of the Boss cars or Mach Is were nice, my personal fav which I never got to own was the 70 Mach I, I would have wanted as big an engine as I could get with a 4 speed. 71-73? Personally I didn't particularly care for that body style, there was almost no visibility out the back glass that I could see, and they just looked ugly somehow to me, but still the Mach Is were nice. Of course one of the last convertables before the no verts spell would have been nice too.

What made it even worse in those days the first thing most people did to a car was to raise the rear end up and put bigger tires in the back, lol.
