Better is too wide to choose. Both have strong points and different combos like different pipes. Its a toss up 95% of the time.

h pipes generally build more tq...and x pipes usually make more top end. Keep in mind with no intake work done...it is possible to loose too much back pressure and loose bottom end. these new cars need that back pressure to make tq.
