Pegging a dyno means you spin it faster than it's physically able to spin. Sometimes cars will actually start spinning the tires because their moving faster than the dyno wheel is.

BTW, I just realised thats at Livernois Motorsports...where the V6FC race is going to be...very cool

yeah the dyno only went up to 1200 horse power. the car had more than that. so it peaked.
