the clutch quadrant and pawl's return spring and bushings?

The pedals I just got didn't include them and I failed to notice in the pic. Still think the guy should have said something instead of just "From 97 v6, in good shape."

Also

I have a steeda quadrant, cable, and firewall adjuster but there are no springs in my kit. Do I still need a pawl since my cable is adjustable at the firewall?

Don't need the pawl. I figured but I just checked to make sure. Still leaves the cotterpin/spring/bushing for the quadrant. Think I could buy a strong enough spring that will fit? Cotter Pin? What is the bushing I need made of and can I just get away without one?
