BBK 70mm Throttle Body install

I just installled a bbk 70mm TB and I am having some issues. I think it is related to Voltage but not sure. Has anyone installed one of these?
Isuues are engine light and the wrench come on. It starts fine and when I push on the gas pedal then these lights come on. I can clear the trouble codes with my diablo tuner and all is fine for a few minutes then the lights come back on. When the lights come on the car acts like it is staving for fuel or air.
any help would be appreciated.

The S197's really need adjustments in the tune with even minor bolt-ons.

I'd talk to whoever setup your diablo and have them adjust the tune for this 70mm TB and it should fix the problem.

That is one avenue I will explore. But, I think it is voltage related due to the bfact that when I first installed the TB it would not even start. Second when I adjusted the idle screw on the TB it started and ran fine for a few minutes.
I guess what I really need is what the correct voltage for the TB.
After I get done here I will contact both BBK and Diablo to see if there are any leads or solutions there.

I got it fixed - it was voltage. It runs like a charm now

did you actually notice any gains from this? just out of curiosity.

There appears to be gain at mid to high RPM. I won't know for sure untill I get it on a dyno.
I'll post the results as soon as I get in on the dyno.

There were minor gains in HP when I had it on the dyno, but it was probably due to tempature rather than the TB. Bottom line is that I think that the only time you will see larger gains is with a supercharger installed.
It does look nice though.

yes, but the next time I get on a dyno it could be right back where I started from. 6 hp was just not enough to tell the difference. I am supposed to go to florida this winter so I will try to get to a drag strip and do 1/4 mile times which I will not have the opportunity to do at home before the snow flys.
