GEFRacing is the cheapest place I know of for FRPP gears. As for the tune, I would recommned you take it to a shop to have it dynoed and a custom chip burnt. It's really a waste though until the car has some serious mods (aka H/C/I or forced induction).

Depends on the state.
They didn't check for my cats last time, but then again you could hallow them out and weld the back up, and who would know the difference.

Hey man I don't know about you but you are giong to have to buy a shim kit and whatnot seperate if you order you gears from them. Jegs.com has a steal on 3:45, 3:73 and 4:10 plus and overhaul kit for the 7.5 rear and 8.8's. Its under $300 I think it was $287 to be exact, but look what you get. Just gears are only $159 from them so check it out bro. Here is the link. Happy shopping

I have been told that if you replace the exhaust system without the doing the headers that the flange on the stock headers might not be able to hold up. Any truth to this or was someone just tryin to get me to spend extra money?

You dont get shift kits anymore you get a tuner and it firms up the shifting.

Check atomic performance as they also have free shipping along with the discount for evolution members. If it is not on their website, PM Jeff (user ID Atomic Performance) and he will get you set up.

You cant persay chip the car. Its all done threw a hand held tuner like the SCT livewire. So no you wouldnt need to chip it.

The livewire replaces the chip. However, don't get the livewire, get an xcal2 or 3...the livewire doesn't provide anything to make the cost difference worth while.
Also, just shop through atomic. We get a small discount through american muscle that you will have to pm them about (AMnick I think is his user id)...however atomic carries pretty much all the same parts...and if it isn't on their site, odds are he can still get it for you.

cool. i have a 95 t-bird supercharger that i would like to install on my v6. the bolt patterns r different so i have to weld a triple layer plate for charger n top of engine. before i even attemp to do that i wanna strengthen the block and replace all interior engine parts first. i am not a mustang guy i owened a 3000gt before my stang. i dont know how well the engines hold up under pressure and after im done w/car i want to add a 75shot wet on it.
