Yes they will fit, But you should really get a 275/40 if you can

Y 40's? Sidewall won't affect that much but looks..i understand the 275 part but 45's would be aight...

275s fit better on a 9" rim

going from a 245/45 to a 275/40 is almost perfect in diameter, so it won't throw the speedo off.

O ok i got ya. I understood getting 275 for width, just sidewall didn't make sense
