What weight tranny oil?

What fluid does the T-5 manual transmission use? The spec's page here at V6stangs says that it's mercon auto tranny fluid, but that just doesn't seem right to me.
IS that right?
The 5.6 pints seems right.

So if I wanted to get new Transmission oil from Redline, can I use the SuperLight Shockproof manual transmission oil, since that says:
"A unique product with the viscosity of 75W90 gear oil but lower internal friction similar to that of an ATF. Used when temperatures are not high and when the maximum power output is required such as in stock car qualifying laps."
