95 Mustang GT Custom Needles

I want to strip the paint off my needles and paint them a saphire blue color or white.....what would be the easiest way to get the paint off and what kind of paint should i buy for this project....

paint thinner maybe? As far as paint I dont know what would stick good for that

I was thinkin sumthin like paint thinner or asitone but i think it would eat the plastic.....

just paint over it.

scuff em up with some 220 grit and then shoot the paint on em

220? i would use 2000 grit.?
