Alright so its pretty simple. Every time I tear into it or brake hard my E-Brake light comes on for a split second then goes away. Any way to keep this from happening/fix it?

low brake fluid, you need to add some the sensor is is showing no fluid at its level when you brake hard and shift all the fluid forward. You may have a leak as well, check the lines and look for leaks... ever smell anything burning?

You might also need to replace your brakes

Ever think it's just an electrical connection issue?

Do what he says....the light coming on is an indicator of low fluid and/or your brake pads are getting low. Mine did it when my rear brake pads were pretty much down to the piston. It takes more fluid out of the resevoir to push your brakes the lower the pads get. This extra fluid gives the impression you are low on fluid. So, even if your fluid level looks find when you check it, also check your brake pads. If they are real low, that is the cause of it.

Thanks PureVenom, that actually makes sense I dont know why I didnt think about it. I was told a few months ago when I got the car it would probably need new brakes I just never gave it another thought because i havent had any issues. Thanks guys, oh by the way, I was assuming it was an electrical issue to begin with. Thanks again for the help!

lol yeah, Im just glad it was cought in time. its my only car, my friend is a prior Ford tech and hes rushing in a part for me so itll be fixed by tonight. I didnt realize how big of an impact something so little can have on a vehicle. Even with the new pads it still feels like the brakes are fading off after a bit of driving with more pedal travel than usual. I guess the boot on the forward piston was filled with fluid and when he compressed them to put it back together it pretty much dumped it everywhere.
