NU bee wiper ?

What the sam hill are "lowered wipers?" I have been out of the cool car biz for a while. But now I have a daughter that can drive so I bought "her" a mustang its mine on the weekends and want to start making it ours. The one thing I have allways hated is when someone says I saw a car just like yours. The very sound of it makes my skin crawl. So as time and money permit it will soon be like no other. Thanks to all here as I am learning alot here.
