IAT Sensor

Could someone tell me where the IAT sensor is exactly in basic terms?
I see what could be it, but very unsure.

It should be right after the MAF box on in the induction tube, if you have the stock induction tubing, it should be on the top side.

Actually I think on the 01 and up models its built right into the maf housing.
