if anything the exhaust will just void your exhaust warranty, not the whole thing.

Why does everyone say they are going to supercharge their cars but only like 3 people have superchargers?

By Law
the only way any mod can violate your warranty is if that mod caused the problem. So, if you put lowering springs in and you blew up your engine there is no way they can not honor your warranty. Anything else is incorrect. It's called the Magnusson-Moss warranty act.

Oh one other thing. If a mod replaces a factory Ford part then there is no Ford warranty on that part. For example you swap out the OEM single exhaust for a Flowmaster exhaust. Then Ford has no responsibility for the Flowmaster stuff. However, they cannot void your engine warranty unless they can prove the exhaust caused the engine problem. Put a blower on that engine and if you start having engine problems I can almost guarantee Ford will void the engine warranty.

i bet even an intake filter can void youre engine warranty, so if you SC it bye bye warranty.
keep your old parts, that way when it messes up, put the old stuff back on(even though it might be a pain its worth it) and get it fixed, then put the other stuff back on.
things like rear ends they wont know you replaced unless they take it apart.

Well, if you let them do it then you get what you get. The law is pretty clear. The courts are there and most cases would be small claims, little cost to you.
Ford is under the obligation to prove thier claim that your mod caused the failure. The simple act of having a mod is insufficient to prove anything, regardless of who installed it or who manufactured it.

I was just informed by my dealer that FORD is adopting a new policy about MODS and Warrenties. ANYTHING (including cold air, pulleys etc.) will at least void an extended warrenty. They will promptly plave your car on the warrenty reject list (nationaly) and refund your extended warrenty purchhase price minus prorated mileage. NO IFs ANDs OR BUTs.

Dealers have been know to be FOS. If Ford does try to do that they'll regret the class action suit that will result. It is illegal to do that.
