I used the Haynes manual specs, and I don't really think they are the right ones, it only called to torque to caliper bolts to like 23 to 26 ft lbs, this if for the brake caliper rear bolts, which doesn't seem tight enough to me. Now it also gives specs for front and rear anchor plate bolts front 85-95 ft lbs, and rear 65-87 ft lbs. brake hose to front caliper banjo bolts 29 ft lbs. Like I said, this is what I used, but they seem kind of light to me. I didn't do anything with the anchor plate bolts, because I didn't remove those.

OMG, you would wring them off if you tightened them that tight, I thought haynes specs were a little light, but that is way past overkill!

OK, my mistake, just dug through the diagrams in the Ford disc manual, those are called anchor plate bolts, and should be torqued to 85 ft lbs, I have to do some serious tightening on my calipers before I drive my car anymore. OUCH, thanks for bringing this to my attention!!

ok on the TQ specs.... there is a bracket that goes on so that you can mount the brake... adn there is the caliper its self, the caliper must have 85 ftlbs, the other bracket bolts 25~ sounds about right? is there another set of bolts some where? Im a little confused, I know the kit I ordered comes with a new bracket and the caliper, thats all i know of that would need tq specs unless the caliper has two seperate parts, which it may, that have different tq specs.
i think the base roush is the base gt/v6 pbr's I belive also there are a lvl with cobra brakes, and the top lvl with a ROUSH on the caliper brake look slike a 4 piston design probably from wilwood or something.

Really the only other thing you have to torque is the banjo bolts that hold your brake lines to the the calipers, they should be torqued to bout 29 ft lbs. I went to stainless steel brake lines, be careful your banjo bolts match the threads in your cobra calipers, the first ones I tried to use didn't, but they were close enough they screwed in and messed up the threads in one of my calipers, I had to take it to a machine shop and get it redone with a heli coil.
