E-Brake Boot

Do any of you guys have a boot on your E-Brake (like the boot on the manual shifter)? does anyone know where you can get one? I really like the way they look.

How do you attach the bottom of the shifter boot to the shifter bezel on the 5-speed? The stock one is attached to the plastic, and i dont know what to use to reattach it...I removed mine for painting purposes.
