Jus wondering which one could be built to go fast and have a high horsepower results and what your thoughts were on these two wonderful cars!!

if you are wanting a highway racer, you can get 1000rwhp out of the stock supra 2jz block. if you are wanting something with more low-end tq, get a cobra. the 1000rwhp supras take a little while to build boost on those enormous T88 turbos. (btw, there have been people to make 1000rwhp without nos)

You can get the Cobra cheaper. Some kid at school with rich parents got him a white supra with a four banger, targa top, and auto with over 150k miles for $13,000. I think it is a 1994. |

WIth the right amount of money you can make either fast as shit. Personally supras are highway runners beyond phenioum top end. But then you have the cobra which is just a beast.
Both cars kick ass. Just two whole differ kindas of beast

if u want a 1/4 mile car get a cobra and build it to be unstreetable. If you want a top end car- street racer supra hands down. |

1994-1998 (MKIV - 4th gen - Fast and Furious one) -- but you have to buy the twin turbo version of the supra to get 1000rwhp out of it.
the 1994s only had I6s in them. any MKIV (4th gen) has either an N/A I6 or TT I6 in it.
Like stated above, the supra will outrun ANYTHING on the highway with about $8k invested in the engine. To get a cobra to run really well, you will need to spend more money on it than a TT supra. Just because anything that comes with a factory power adder will always get more power out of it off of basic mods like intake/exhaust and upping the boost

low end tq is good fr like the 1/8 mile and 1/4 mile but for long runs the the top end owns so it just depends on what you want to do |

sorry, i was being stupid and thought you said "hp" instead of "mph" (i am hungry and cant think when i am hungry), but those mph are pretty accurate i think. the mph shouldnt matter in 1/4 drag racing b/c stock or near stock they wont reach those speeds
