Let's see, they run about $500 a piece? That's a grand for seats. And for that much they better be heated, lumbar support, and power.

you do get what you pay for on ebay.
if you just want the seats a different color, just find a upholstery shop around you.i was gonna redo the tbirds seats, i was quoted 500 for both fronts. black leather with the grey leather middle part, and red Tbird logo in the headrests like corvettes had. but i ditched the tbird project.

OR you could take the stock seat brackets from the stang and put them onto the racing style seats. this may require some welding and/or fabrication but shouldnt be too hard.

Or you could just buy a new car that will fit your new seats.

Hey, Those seats on ebay there are the APC seats. They aren't very high quality at all. If you want some cheap seats check out www.planetperformance.com and check out th Ractive seats. I got a pair of them for $400 plus $5 to ship them and they are very nice for the money. Alot better then $1000 a piece for Sparcos. I used my stock brackets to fit the seats in. I just drilled new holes in the seat and fit the bracket right to it. If you got power seats like I did on the driver side it is a bit hard to do on the driver side. If you mount it flush with the front the seat will be to far forward so you have to mount the seat farther back on the bracket and the front part of the bracket sticks out from the seat. I made a cover that covers the front part that sticks out and covered it in matching vinyl and it doesn't catch the eye like bare metal did before. Now I could keep my nice power seats for my comfort. O yea
