V6 Mustang Y-pipe to H-Pipe conversion: Possible?

I just bought my first Mustang 2 days ago, its a 1995 3.8L V6.

The original Y-pipe is in pretty bad shape and needs to be changed. I want to change it to an H-pipe, but i don't know if thats possible with the 95 model.

Does anyone know if its possible to install an H pipe on a '95 V6? can I install an H-pipe that I got from a '95 GT on my car?

Any advice would be a huge help...

I dont think a gt one will fit but people have them. after you get one you need to get gt exhaust. I think most people get them made.

If you take your car to any exhaust shop they can weld in a crosspipe for you. You will need some kind of catback system though.

any good muffler shop should be able to make you an H or X pipe with out any problems.
