If i put duals and a CAI on my car will it pass the texas emissions test?

it should maybey not the visual check thought the cai might have to be replaced with thes tock one which is a snap

easiest way is to find a friend or pay someone off to pass if you dump your cats thats what i would do if i could afford a O/R h-pipe.
