i just got back from this all day event. it was badass this year. alot of good bands that actually sounded just as good on stage as they do in their albums. yellowcard had to be the best this time, followed by Newfound Glory, then a band i know from San Jo called Plans For Revenge.
well actually my freinds cousin is their best freind, so we walked up before the show and were like "hey we know Tim" and they were like "sweet he said he couldnt come but he told us to look out for some people related to him, you guys wanna come on stage?" so we got to hand out behind them while they played. pretty badass. they got a crazy setup too, 1 lead guitar, 2 rythm guitarists(1 w/distortion), bassist, drummer and singer. 6 people on stage is pretty weird, they kept bumping into eachother. then after the show we were talking and were gonna be VIP guest list in a month when they play in San Jose again. thatll be sick. i recommend any of you to try to dl one of their songs, i dont know what its called but its track 2 on their cd(i got burned copy).
it was hot as fvck though. i think it got to like 95ish, but when youre jumping around with 50,000 other people, its so hot it hurts. but its worth it. all in all, if its coming to a town near you, and you like the kinds of music thats on the tour, go for it.
