I was travelling home early this morning from a friends house, tired as all hell with the cruise control locked at 55mph... I go under this over pass and come up on a nice size flooded puddle of water right in the slow lane, that I couldnt see till I was right up on it... Needless to say, I was slung off the highway like a bullet into a ditch that was flooded... Water flooded the inside of the car on the drivers side and the dumb ass tow truck drive hooked up the front of my car to pull me out and messed up my front bumper cover.
If anyone knows where I can get a good deal on a V6 front bumper cover, please let me know!!

wouldnt the truck driver be some sort of responsible for that?
sorry to hear about that man. sometimes life sucks doesn't it?
At least you and your car (for the most part) are fine.

I don't know about other places, but here they make you sign a waver before pulling your car out.

Thanks everyone... I appreciate the support!!
They didnt make me sign a waiver, and I am waiting on a phone call back from "HIX Towing". I had talked to FishersStang via AIM lastnight, and he brought to my attention that maybe I should take them to small claims court if they dont want to do anything about messing my bumper cover up. I already ordered a new bumper cover, and I plan to just ask them to pay for the bill. If not, my lawyer will be contacted.
I am geatful that the tow truck driver pulled me out of the ditch, but kinda shitty I had to pay the dude $71.50 to tear the hell outta my bumper cover...
Im not the kind to cry over spilled milk though, I am just greatful that the accident wasnt any worse that what it was... Im up and walking without a scratch, and my Stang still runs without much damage.
Once again, Thanks guys!!

Yeah, that sounds like a plan. It is good that you are ok and the stang is as well. I think I'd follow fishers advice. How bad was the damage? you should get pics. Was "HIX" towing the only truck you could get? lol. Yeah, it would suck to pay somebody to screw ur bumper up.

The State Police are the ones that brought the tow truck driver, so I had no choice in the matter really. Oddly enough though... Today, the car wont start!!
The water prob isnt soo bad, it smells a bit. Not so much like mildew, but more like stinky feet... Ill get it cleaned though, not a biggie. Just gotta figure out why it wont start now.

On most urethane bumpers, it has memonry cells in it that allow it after some time to pop the dents out.
So like when a tow truck with straps on it tows your mustang, give it 24hrs and the dents will pop themselves out.
As long as it doesn't crack.
