I had a fog light that got water in it a while back. Take the head light out and take it inside drain the water out as good as you can and then use a long pencil or something with some sort of debri free (lint free if you can) cloth to clean all you can finish up with a hair dryer to evaporate the water thats left and go back over it and buff it clean. Thats about all i can tell you unless you cut open the head light and you might screw it up doing so. My fog light I just evaportated the water and it cleaned up good as new.

The light does not open up.
However it can be opened with some creativity.
But they are sealed.
But I guess you could remove the light and get out what you could by simply pouring it out where you insert the bulb.
yea and use a hair dryer it will evaporate the remaining mouisture just have the opening facing upward. if your lights are yellowed take this as an excuse to get new black ones or different ones or what ever you want. did you cut them open and remove the corners? if so thats probably why its getting water in.

yes remove the headlight, take out the bulb, pour the water out. Take a hair drier and on hot aim towards the bulb hole and in about 10 min it will be completely dry. Go et some 100% silicone sealant and run a bead around the entire seam of the lens let dry and reinstall.
