NJ Meet

I'd like to set up some sort of the NJ meet. I've read some of the past posts with lots of people from NJ wanting to get together. I figure maybe we should try for one before the summer is out.

A possible spot would be Englishtown on Friday nights; they have their open drag for like $25.

If anyone else could think of some places, please do post. I live in northern Jersey and would be willing to go down to ET if people were willing to meet up (or even gather before hand, and cruise down there).

Let's aim for a date in August. Ok guys, what do you think?

Just a thought.. non-event night fridays (IE street races/open to all cars) at Atco costs $13 to run ($3 helmet rental if you don't have your own). Unlimited runs (if you get there at 4:30 you can swing around and pull right back into the staging lanes... and basically pull right back onto the track)

Well Atco is a trip and a half for me to get down to. I'm all the way up here in Bergen County.

I'm going to be at Atco this weekend (8/14) for the NMRA Meet. Chances are, that will be the last time in awhile I'll be all the way down at Atco.

As far as the meet goes, we could always meet half-way. Maybe one of the shore towns, I don't know. Would be cool to get all the NJ stangs together and put on our own little show for the people at the shore.

Ah, I understand the distance factor.. I'm a solid hour from atco, almost an hour and 45 minutes from englishtown, if not more.. I'm way down in the southern part of salem county.. the land of jersey rednecks

if you guys get a date set, I'll try to make it, though.. Englishtown or.. Shore towns are fine, haha.. though I don't know much more than ocean city/wildwood area .. which would likely be more of a hike than atco for you up in bergen.. however I don't mind driving - I do a lot of it anyway, I'm just throwing ideas out there..

Well Seaside isn't that far away from me, neither is Point Pleasant.

Wildwood is pretty darn far (3 hours minimum)...i'll see what i can do about a date for atco or englishtown

Yea Im going down to the CJMF Rain date car show on the 28th, Yellow GT is the owner of the club.

LOL anyway I just went to white castle, we should get meets there, exit 5 off 287 so good.

I'll have to see what I'm up to on the 28th...

I've been trying like hell to get a job so I really don't want to make too many plans that might put me in a hold when the time comes to go.

my bad jason, thought the thing with cjmf was @ fudruckers. Ill cruise down to to Etown with u guys on the 28th if u want, hopefully ill have my exhause by then.
